6 Reasons Why You Shouldn’t Fast When Losing Arm Fat And Sculpting Your Arms

There are so many fad diets for losing arm fat. How are supposed to choose the right one? Picking the right nutritional approach for maximizing arm fat loss has become very difficult in this day and age.

But don’t worry because I’m here to help.

Thus, here are 6 reasons why fasting and arm fat don’t go well together:

1. Metabolic meltdown. Fasting produces the fastest drop in metabolic rate of any other diet. And once your metabolism drops, you’ll burn less calories around the clock.

2. Biggest rebounds. Having a weight gain rebound is the most demoralizing thing because it makes you feel like your efforts were in vain, not good!

3. Short-term only. Fasting can only be done in the short term. It’s not a sustainable way of eating for arm fat loss. If you fast for too long, your health will deteriorate.

4. Uncontrollable eating urges. Every scent of food will set you off. You’ll have vivid day dreams of eating massive quantities of food. This will become more of an issue for those women who keep on exercising while fasting.

5. Phantom energy. Why phantom energy? Because you won’t have any energy! Within a couple hours of fasting you will have burned through all the carbohydrates stored in your liver. Then you’ll start to burn muscle for energy.

6. High frequency sickness. Without enough food coming in, your body will not be able to fight off sickness very well. Expect a much higher rate of sickness when on a fast.

Fasting diets may be tempting for arm fat loss because they produce such rapid results. However, in the long run you’ll be worse off. So why not use an approach that is sustainable and gets you permanent results? And why not use an approach that isn’t so painful and depriving? Fad diets are just that, fads. They come and go just like fashion. So ignore the hype and stick to what works!
