Ways To Shed 20 Pounds In Two Weeks

Looking for a way to shed pounds fast? Are you motivated by an upcoming marriage, reunion or party? If you’re looking to lose as much as 20 pounds in two weeks there are ways to do it.
Here are two suggestions.
One way is to use the fruit juice cleanse diet plan. This diet is based on cleansing the body of toxins and undigested food. You ingest healthy amounts of carbohydrates and sugars.
This diet is effective but isn’t recommended for the long term. It is a quick way to get your body in weight loss mode so you can shed a large amount of fat in a short time. Whether you keep it off depends on you.
There is another option for those who love to exercise and can make the time to do it. To lose as much as 20 pounds in two weeks, it requires you to do plenty of cardio exercise. At least one hour of cardio for five days for the two week period is what it will take.
If you plan on using exercise as your process to lose weight, eat a sensible but low calorie diet. Do not use these two weeks to try a liquid diet plan because it will not provide you with enough energy to be able to exercise hard for two weeks straight.
With this weight loss plan, you’ll want to reduce the amount of carbohydrates you eat. Substitute plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit. Eat recommended amounts of lean protein, as well. Make sure the fats you consume are nutritious ones like olive and canola oils.
Losing weight is never easy but it can be done. If you’re shooting for 20 pounds in two weeks, you’re going to have to be dedicated with your exercise and diet. It will happen if you believe it and put in the work.
