Is your height not satisfying enough? Don’t be hopeless about it. Many people around the globe are quite worried and disappointed for they believe that they will have to deal with the height that they have for the rest of their lives.

What these people are not aware of is that, they can be taller or appear taller and doing so is not that hard at all.

How is this possible? It’s simple.

No matter how old you are, you can alter your appearance to make yourself taller in a variety of ways.

As a person matures, the cartilage hardens. The miniscule bones gradually fuse together and solidify.

With the cartilage are growth plates which are located at the tip of the long bones. During puberty, growth spurts are remarkable as the plates lengthen to provide generous height.

This is why it’s best to start as young as possible. By altering your diet so that it’s rich in calcium, proteins, and amino acids, getting lots of sleep, exercising well, and maintaining good posture, you can not only significantly increase your height, but you will promote excellent bone health as well, thus preventing a decrease in height when you grow older.

On the other hand, if you are way beyond the growth period, you may search for fitting ways to become tall.

Be wary of scams that claim that doing certain stretching exercises will make you taller.

This is simply not true, while stretching may help improve the condition of your muscles, they do absolutely nothing to stretch your bones. They are finished growing and no amount of exercise, herbal supplements, or hormone therapy can lengthen them.

But you can still do other things to look pleasantly taller. You can start with your clothing. Dark and vertical stripes are good for they make you look thin and tall at the same time. Apart from your clothing is your shoes. Of course, wearing high heeled shoes or platform shoes will surely improve your height.
