Unusual wedding gifts are a great thing to get someone for their wedding. They will undoubtably get lots of different types of special wedding gifts on the day. Which ones will they remember? They will remember the unusual wedding gifts.
I have been looking for unusual wedding gifts for my sister as her wedding is coming up soon. I have yet to find anything yet.
I have been thinking about getting a cuckoo clock. I think that counts as unusual wedding gifts. Who has ever had a cuckoo clock for their wedding before? I don’t know anybody.
While searching unusual wedding gifts I did think that perhaps I should be getting something that is more practical. I have been looking at a lot of kitchen things. They don’t have a gift list which doesn’t help but I guess that means more creative wedding gifts.
I have discussed it will my girlfriend and she wants to buy something that is more traditional. I understand up to a point but the thing is they already live together. This causes a problem because you don’t want to buy something that they already have.
How about something personalized? Would that count as one of the unusual wedding gifts? Maybe. The problem is that when I see things that are personalized they are things like glasses or may be photo frames. Not for the eyes, for drinking!
They seem boring if you ask me. What do you think? Everybody will get them something like that and they probably won’t use them all anyway. I think something more on the lines of a big statue for the garden.
Actually, a garden centre doesn’t seem like a bad idea. I am about to find some unusual wedding gifts there. I have even seen animals. Now that would be funny, imagine getting an animal on your wedding.
I don’t want to ask her but I do hope that she does like what I buy her. As long as she is happy then so will I.
