The first thing that you need to do is start off with a quick warmup. This should only last about two minutes, and should include 30 jumping jacks, 20 weighted squats, 20 situps all stomach crunches, and 20 press ups. They should get used to be warm for your workout.

You need to start your routine with a medicine ball chop squat. With this exercise you need to place the medicine ball down next to your feet on one side or the other. Then squat down and pick up the ball and lifted diagonally across your body up into the air above your opposite shoulder to that it was next to.

As you do this you need to keep your abdominals contracted, and your breathing steady. You should look to do this about 10 to 15 times going diagonally across your body on each side.
