To reach this goal you’re going to have to exercise intensely most every day of the week, stick to a stringent diet, and ensure you get a good night’s sleep.

So the first part of the equation to dump 20 pounds in four weeks is to adjust your diet so that it is made up just about wholly of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein. Also try and eat four smaller meals a day each three to 4 hours. There is no room for junk food or soda at all, not in this time frame.

Eating these smaller meals more often will speed up your constitution and the fibre and lean protein found in these foods will keep you feeling fuller for longer, which may help you to not over eat.

I personally am not hot for low carbohydrate diets as I think they can be unhealthy long term, but you can definitely shed weight fast by cutting back on carbs and concentrating on eating more protein and veg. So cutting carbohydrates briefly may help you to lose 20 pounds in 4 weeks.

The second part of the equation to shed 20 pounds in four weeks is to engage in powerful activity at least five times every week. The best fat consuming exercising is interval coaching combined with strength training.

The interval coaching will burn the fat fast during your workout and the strength coaching will build lean muscle, speed up your metabolic rate, and keep your body burning fat throughout the day continuing long after your workout is over.
