Simple Steps On How You Can Efficiently Build Bigger Arm Muscles
If you want to build up your arm muscles, you should think about the exercises that are good for that purpose. Usually most people like getting big arms for cosmetic reasons more than for practicality.
However, it is very true that most people see large arms as more attractive than little or flabby ones. The question is what kinds of exercise can you use to make your arms bigger.
For biceps, the exercise to develop these muscles is with the common dumbbell curls. If you are looking to grow your arms, you should use more weight and do low reps.
This simply means that you lift the most weight you can for as many times as you think you can do, usually three to five times. If you are lifting for ten to twelve times in succession, then that indicates the weight is not heavy enough for you, and that will grow lean instead of bulk muscles.
For working on the triceps, you can do a couple other things. Using the same dumbbell that you were for the biceps, grab it and hold it vertically between your hands.
The next thing to do is hold the dumbbell over your head and bring it down slowly along the back of your head and then move it up again. This is one rep, and you will benefit from using a heavier weight so you are only able to do this a few times. This will help to build up your tricep muscles.
After this, it is time to start looking at the shoulders and forearms. Looking at the shoulders, the exercise to do is butterfly lifts. This means holding the weights down by your sides. Then lift them up and outward while keeping your arms straight at the same time.
For the forearms, the best thing to do is a reverse curl move. This is simple, and is the opposite of a regular arm curl. Keeping your hands pointed down with the weight in them, simply use your forearms to lift the weight. This will strengthen the forearms a lot.
By applying these simple steps, you can easily grow bigger arm muscles.
