Safeguarding An Unstable Marital Union
Getting married is the only option for a couple who would want to spend the rest of their lives together. It feels really great to marry the person you really want to be with ever since, but that doesn’t mean there will be no problems along the way. As the saying goes “Love is blind, and marriage is the eye-opener.”
Personal differences are a common reason why married couples decide to give up on their relationship. These are the little things from bad habits to cultural barriers that when left to get out of hand will eventually lead to broken hearts and broken marriages.
Religion can be a major issue that may complicate the marriage of two persons since each of them has his or her own perspective on how to do things. One wants to go to church and the other doesn’t. Or the husband wants to go to church on a Sunday and the wife wants to go on a Saturday. Now that’s a big problem.
Communication is another factor, in fact, a very big one. What most women really need is a husband who will communicate with them what they need to hear. But instead of the man taking the lead, what he does is he backs off and lets his wife take over the situation. The result? A nagging wife.
A third party is another reason for broken relationships and is a major one. Nobody wants the feeling of betrayal especially one caused by the person you trust the most. When trust is betrayed, one cannot help but get terrified by the thought that the same thing will happen again even after the person has promised not to do it anymore.
Now, no one on his or her wedding day would think “Yes! I am getting married now but after seven years I’m going to file divorce and leave my partner.” And no one can also say that he or she is exempted from facing difficulties in his or her married life.
If you are in a very shaky marriage right now, just hold on and believe that there are people out there who are willing to help you. Ask advice from your parents or people whom you know have a strong marriage. But most of all pray and ask God to show you what you need to do with your situation. It always works!
The writer also frequently shares knowledge regarding things like the wrought iron mirror and full length mirrors.
