Focusing in on muscular strength will help insure that your muscles get bigger while your waist gets smaller.

What most camp goers want is covered within the body composition part of the program. Body fat ratio, jean sizes, and confidence in the way you look can all be traced back to body composition. Do you want amazing abs or just slimmer thighs? Fitness boot camp can get you both. Do you need to lose weight or gain it? Not everyone is trying to go down in size.
