Lose Belly Fat With Stomach Exercises
Most people complain about belly fat, but in reality they don’t often mean fat on their stomachs, but more on their lower abdominals. For double leg lifts you should lie on the floor with your legs out in front. Your hands need to be placed behind your head, then you need to lift up your head and neck, just as though you were going to do a sit-up, but at the same time you should lift both legs slowly upwards, until they are about one foot off of the floor. Hold this for a few seconds and then slowly lower your legs back to the floor. Repeat this a few times and you should really notice your abdominal muscles are having to work hard!
