What it does is that it gives you that healthy physique in a short period of time. How short? Well let’s say, 20 minutes or less in a day. Sounds great isn’t it?

The effort that you need to put in this kind of training shouldn’t be in its maximum level at all times. Your effort shifts from maximum to moderate depending on the routine that you are performing.

If you’re burned out or drained with long hours of cardio training, then you can get the same effect of working out for hours in just half. And there are studies conducted too to support this. So better choose the one that will give you both result and comfort in less time.
