I always thought that you need the best exercises to get a six pack fast, but what I now know is that abdominal workouts have very little to do with it. You see, I struggled for years pushing myself to the max with crunches and sit ups whilst really not getting anywhere at all! I was so confused that I still had my layer of belly fat even though I was doing all those abs exercises!
Then just a few weeks after I had ‘temporarily’ stopped doing my abdominal workout routine, I read an article saying that directly working your abs was not the way to get a 6 pack. Many people believe that they just naturally like unhealthy foods. But odds are they just haven’t tried a wide variety of different health foods. If you start eating loads of different healthy stuff, you are sure to find some foods which you enjoy.
By just testing out lots of different health foods I came across loads that I just loved! It was really unexpected because at first I was forcing myself to try and eat a healthy diet and then suddenly I began really enjoying healthy stuff. And to think that in the past I would only eat takeaways and fast food!
