There are a variety of different activities that are used these days from building rafts to playing music together. However, they all follow the same sort of concept. Planning is another one of the key team building exercises and again, although it’ll be a simple exercise, it’ll be something that requires planning for it to work. This will also show the importance of planning and perhaps give them a chance to see what would happen if planning wasn’t implemented.
The next and probably the most important team building exercise is the trust exercise. This one is sometimes hard to implement but it can work wonders if it’s done properly. Trust is something that varies from person to person and that’s why it’s sometimes very hard to add to a team building event with a large group of people.
Most of the time, team building events are successful whether or not they use all these elements.
