As a rule, most competent hypnotists utilize what is branded as The Blackjack rule as a criterion to decide how many Power Loops they must use to replicate their suggestions. The Blackjack rule says that a hypnotic suggestion should be repeated 21 times in order for the hypnosis procedure to take root in a person’s unconscious mind to the point where the suggestion is able to grow and produce results.
