With this weight loss plan, you’ll want to reduce the amount of carbohydrates you eat. Substitute plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit. Eat recommended amounts of lean protein, as well. Make sure the fats you consume are nutritious ones like olive and canola oils.

Losing 20 pounds in two weeks will be tough. Whether you choose the restrictive diet or the intensive exercise plans you will see results if you stick with it and remind yourself of your goals.
