How to Win Your Ex Back – 3 Behavior Patterns You Must Avoid

by

If you want to know how to win your ex back you need to be careful with how you act now. After a break up people can sometimes let their emotions run away with them and this can mean they make mistakes. Be careful not to mess up your chances of making up by behaving oddly.

Here is a list of 3 things to avoid:

1. Do not contact them. This is about the most important thing initially. If you are always trying to contact your ex they will get pushed further away. This is not something you want to do.

Imagine how they will feel every time their cell phone rings. They will be reminded of all the not so great points of your relationship. Relationships have good and bad points, but you don’t want to reinforce the bad ones with erratic behavior.

2. Do not be needy. You cannot be demanding attention all the time from your ex. This will ultimately put pressure on them and make the situation worse. You cannot constantly cling to your ex.

Showing that you can stand on your own two feet with self-respect and dignity will make you attractive to your ex. It will start the process of creating doubt in their mind as they will think you are handling things well. Even if you are not handling things well, you have to at least APPEAR that your are.

3. Do not beg. This might seem like a good idea. In fact it is a common thing but when someone does this they come over as if they are falling apart. Your ex will have their own feelings to worry about and will be drained by the thought of having to prop you up, too. Look confident and proud and your attractiveness will increase.

Doing the above is not how to win your ex back. You must be strong now and prepare. Use the time apart from them to make a plan to save your relationship.
