How To Overcome Laziness
In this article is going to be about overcoming laziness or perceived laziness. We have all had those days that it doesn’t matter what you do you just get going. You’re feeling tired even though you made it a point to get to bed early or maybe you just feel like you are walking around in a cloud.
What do you do on the days if you just want to lay on the coach and watch television or play video games when you know there are things that need to be done?
Whenever you feel like you are having trouble getting up and going or being lazy what is really happening is the task that you have to do is boring. Maybe it is writing a report at work, or doing the laundry at home. Which ever it is, it is just not exciting there for you may find it hard to get up and going.
Now that’s not to say that just because something is boring you need not do it, we all have to do things we don’t want to do every day this content is just showing why you may feel the way you do about a certain task.
Another reason for laziness may be the size of the job. Think about it if there is something you need to get done, like laundry for instance. First off, you already do not want to do it because it is boring.
Then you go to the laundry room and find four full baskets waiting, because this is not the first time you have put off doing it. Now you have nothing to wear and you do not have a choice, you have to do it.
Start small, break the job down into several small jobs, First off you will be doing what needs to be done. You will be spending less time at one time doing it, and it will seem like it took less time to do it. Perception is the key, however you need to look at it to make it work for you, then do that.
Lastly, another reason for perceived laziness is you could simply be low on energy. Diet is a major reason for this. You may not be giving your body enough energy. If this is the case you may wake up feeling tired or like you are walking around in a cloud and you are not sure why—this is why.
