One way to have radiant skin is to start with a relaxing bath. Bathing, or soaking in water, can make your skin more elastic and hydrated. Soaking in warm water can also ease tension and stress and relax body muscles.

Add some lavender or rose to the bath. When you are involved with soap making you don’t have to stick to bars of soap. You can also make other bath products, such as body scrubs and bath salts.

You can choose to use the bath scrub at this point or wait until you drain a little water. A good homemade recipe that helps keep skin exfoliated is to use a bath salt that has salt scrubs, such as sea salt, and then add it to your body soap.

For this example, sea salt can be combined to your favorite body soap. Your own body soap can be homemade if you enjoy soap making. Otherwise, look for a soap that is made out of natural, organic ingredients that won’t be hard on your skin.

When you combine the bath salt with body soap you can create your own makeshift body scrub. You should use liquid bath soap with it in order to have the salt and soap mix well with each other. Gentle essential oils, like lavender or rose, can do great in body scrubs.

When you apply the scrub to your skin you should use circular motions. Don’t rub too hard that your skin gets irritated. You want it to be exfoliated, not raw. Afterwards, simply rinse it off. In moments your skin will be healthier and in no time will look simply amazing.
