Healthy Weight Loss Foods To Include In The Best Diet Plan

Need to shed some weight super fast? There are some healthy weight loss foods I’ve found to be wickedly effective. In this article I will share them with you and exactly why they work so good.

These food items are not part of some random, silly list. These elite foods have been shown to enhance your weight loss efforts. By eating just a few of these foods each day, the chances that you’ll quickly lose weight increase.

But if you have the guts to consume all of them each day, I’d wager a bet that you’d be smiling in front of the mirror in just 7 days! So sit up and get on the edge of your seat, because here they are…

1. Whey Protein. There have been countless studies that confirm that protein is a great fuel for fat burning. This is primarily because it aids muscle development and muscle will burn fat.

The amazing thing about whey is that it has been found to be among the fastest absorbing proteins on the planet. This means that if you drink a whey protein shake immediately after your workout… it will be absorbed by your body within a matter of just a few minutes.

2. Spicy food. That description is a bit general, so I’ll give just a few examples of spicy foods that I enjoy. Things like jalapeno or habanero peppers are excellent fat burning foods because they raise your metabolism. They make your metabolism burn hotter and when the metabolism is smoldering, it burns a lot more fat. I eat at least one spicy meal every day.

3. Lean beef. Hey, this article is not written to please your doctor. Truth is, when it comes to burning fat, few things can compete with lean red meat.

Your metabolism has no choice but to work overtime to digest it. This will in turn increase the amount of fat that you burn.

Second, lean beef is full of protein. We discussed earlier that protein is a powerful fat burning fuel. Of course, its not a good idea to eat beef in abundance for the obvious health reasons, but I have no stomach fat and it lean red meat once a day.

4. Spinach. Now there could certainly be other green leafy vegetables included here. But I’ve found spinach to work wonders for your midsection. nIt is loaded with calcium and hoards of other nutrients that super-charge your body so it can quickly eliminate fat.

5. Apples. Awhile back, when I was a little over 30 pounds overweight, I started looking for the very best healthy weight loss foods. I have found one food, the apple, which I will never give up. I eat an apple each morning within minutes of waking up.

Apples contain a beautiful compliment of nutrients and have been proven to be an effective fat burning weapon. This concludes my list of the best healthy weight loss foods.

People that are in the habit of eating these foods every day, lose weight much quicker and easier than those that don’t. However, you should talk with your doctor before making them a permanent part of your weight loss plan.
