What I would recommend people is to learn the squat and do it with proper form. This is a basic movement, yet very powerful. If you are starting out, do it with body weight alone. Just start to squat and do it for 15 times. Rest for a minute and do it again. Do this 3 times per workout session.
Thigh workouts for beginners should only consist of 3 to 4 exercises. Focus on perfecting the squat and use weights as you progress. As you gain more knowledge of what works for you, you can then move on to other thigh exercises.
Of course, you have to put in the work and time to achieve the results you want. Do not ever start and then stop at the middle and claim that nothing happened.
Never give up because exercises for the thighs will really give you the results you want and eliminate your fat thighs if you stick with the program. You will build a little muscle and burn a lot of fat which will reveal your firm legs and your slim, sexy, thin thighs.
