The correct way of handshaking is a firm grip but still friendly. Being too firm may be a sign of aggressiveness. It is the way of greeting of another person so you better practice the best handshake for the person that you are about to meet.

Remembering the names of the person that you meet is one of the most important things that you should know abput dealing with another person. Anyone may feel good important and remembered when you can remember them.

If you will just follow all these things, you would be able to change the level of your interaction with the people you meet and it is important that you can keep the person that you have already met.
