Nice work. I have experienced much of the stress levels myself over the past few months. Having lost my business through insolvency and subsequently financial problems due to unemployment, also high blood pressure (hypertension) I understand the need to relax. My house is usually quite hectic so I find it difficult to get some time to relax properly and therefore I find it difficult with self hypnosis unless I can relax properly – then it is effective. I think the breathing will help too so thank you for the useful advice.
