Off of the East Coast a real estate businessman purchased a tiny island with the intention of building a resort area. As he surveyed the island it was determined that he could build a small hotel including a golf course. He had an idea to build a brick retaining wall to encircle the whole resort area thinking this would enhance and add value to this place. His designer present the plans to the construction company and it was then noted that getting the materials from the mainland to the island was a dilemma Transporting passengers from the mainland was also something that needed to be thought out. What would be the best direction to go with these two problems? All roads led to the plan of buying pontoon boats. The boats would be a big plus in transporting the building supplies and help with the construction. The pontoons would be used in moving guests from one area to another.
