As Spring approaches, we will be spending more time in the sun with our horses. We need to remember that if we stay in the sun too long, our nice tan will turn into an ugly sunburn. On top of being ugly and painful, we all know that sunburn can lead to skin cancer. We apply sunscreen and wear hats and light weight clothes to protect our skin from the sun.
