It’s a good idea to decrease the amount of carbohydrates you eat during the two week period. Replace them with a healthy amount of fresh fruits and vegetables. Add lean protein to the mix and be sure the fat you consume is nutritious, such as olive and canola oils.

No matter which diet plan you choose, losing 20 pounds in two weeks is not going to be easy. Be prepared to work hard and sacrifice. Stay dedicated and you will see results.
