4 Inner Thigh Exercises That Will Shape Lean Sexy Legs
The legs and especially your thighs are one of the biggest muscle complexes in your body. That means two things for you…
1. This muscle complex has lots of muscle which means it can burn tons of calories. 2. The thigh muscle complex can provide your body with the best support and balance it needs… but you have to train it properly.
So you can tell that your legs are very important to the muscle development of your body. Because of this they are great to build that feminine ripped body you want, but it’s also really important to maintain their flexibility as your age.
You’re reading this because you want to sculpt your inner thighs, but you must realize that sculpting and exercising your entire thigh complex will yield faster results. I just want to make sure that was clear before we dive into the 4 exercises.

1. Basic Squat – The squat is one of the greatest exercises for your body. Most women think that you need to stop going down when your thighs are parallel to the floor… don’t go deeper. But remember that you will need to lower the weight you are squatting.
Doing this will help to engage a lot more of your thighs and especially your butt for maximum effectiveness. Finally remember that when doing the squat you want to keep your toes pointing forward and keep those knees bending straight over your toe lines.
2. Deadlifts – This exercise is right there along with the squat as greatest of exercises. Responsible for activating almost every part of your body, the deadlift will massively sculpt your thighs. Remember this though… form is everything for maximum effectiveness. Keep your back perfectly straight.
After you deadlift your thighs and butt are going to be killing you, but in a good way. After all you wanted to get those sexy thighs right? One last thing to remember too, keep your feet pointed straight like the squat and I can’t stress keeping your back straight. Use your legs to do the work.
3. Walking Lunges – Lunges are an incredibly exercise that really target your thighs. They are another powerhouse when it comes to fat burning and muscle building for your legs.
What is really great about the walking lunge is you’re getting a much better workout because you have to stabilize and balance your movements. Because of that added difficulty you will get better results as more muscles are involved in the exercise.
4. Go Sprint – While sprinting is not a weight lifting exercise, it is definitely a great exercise. It’s not standard cardio as your muscles get activated on every level increasing muscle size and endurance. Sprinting is a great addition to a solid total body workout.
Being fast will help your muscles train just differently enough that you will finish off the fat destroying and be left with lean… feminine ripped thighs.
